shout out box isn't HTML coding. It's a Site that you get it from. Kinda like proboards. go to www.myshoutbox.com. For some reson they got the Language in German.

ok. well frames are tricky. let me explain some things to you then decide if you want to use frames. if you have lets say 2 frames on your page. you will have to have 3 pages. your gonna have the main page that the frame script is on. then you gonna have a page that opens in one frame and a page that opens in the second frame... ok still want frames. think of this. lets say you want the top frame to be your navigation. in other words links to all your other pages. well sounds simple but when you click on a link in that frame the page will open in that frame. if you have a link in the other frame it will open in that frame... so now if you have the navigation on the top frame you will have to make each link open in the other frame or on a new page. sounds simple but it is a little tricky. now some browsers don't support frames (very rare but still possible). if you want to have a frame at the top for navigation I suggest using a table and just have the same table at the top of each page. but if you still want to try to use frames here is a good link that explains them and will be able to explain them better then me. www.htmlgoodies.com/tutors/fram.html

All that stuff you said would not be a problem. But I guess i'll just leave it the way it is, cuz it has to be finished by next week.
click on my sig pic then go into one of the system pages, and you'll see what i want it for.
